Total No. of Vacancies: 4517

Pay Scale: Pay Band -1 of Rs 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-

Eligibility Criteria-

Age Limit: Candidates must be between the age limit of 18 to 33 years, as on 01 January 2014. Upper age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th Class or ITI or equivalent from a recognized Educational Institution/Board. Appearing candidates may also apply.

Examination Fees - 

UR (General Category) and OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- (Rs. One hundred only)

While, all the women candidates and SC/ST/Minorities/Ex-servicemen/Physically Challenged/ /Economically Backward candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees.

Mode of Payment -

The examination fee should be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft/ Bank Draft from any Nationalized Bank or Crossed IPO from any Post Office in favour of “FA & CAO, West Central Railway Jabalpur” and payable at Jabalpur.

Selection process: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in Written Test followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
